Conditions of use of “Alex Tours 2001” transfer services
- This document is an official offer by “Alex Tours 2001” (hereinafter “the Service Provider”) to an individual or a legal entity (hereinafter “the Customer”), which contains the terms and conditions of use of the Service Provider’s services in relation to organization of transfers.
- This document is a public offer. The Customer, by agreeing to this offer, accepts the following conditions and makes payment according to them.
- When placing an order via the website or by phone, the Customer agrees with all the aspects of this agreement. The terms and conditions of the public offer are available at www.transfer-israel.co.il
- It is recommended to carefully read through all aspects of this offer, in case you do not agree with any conditions, you can refuse to order the services of the Service Provider.
- Notions defining the terms of this public offer:
- The Service – organization of transfers for passengers, reservation of a personal driver, excursions in Israel.
- The Order – an inquiry made by the Customer to the Service Provider in order to receive the Service, by phone +972 525833387 (in Russian) or +972 539616150 (in English)
- or via the website www.transfer-israel.co.il
- The Carrier – a self-employed or a legal entity, taking over the duties, in accordance with a preliminary agreement with the Service Provider, on the transfer of the Customer in accordance with the previously agreed route to the final destination, including his baggage and hand luggage. The Carrier should have a valid driving license and license to transfer passengers.
- Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the terms and conditions of this offer.
- Subject of the offer
- The Customer shall pay for the ordered Service. The Service Provider is responsible for execution of the Order for transfer, the personal driver’s service or excursions in Israel.
- The process of provision of the Services.
By performing any of the following actions, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this offer:
- The Order is made by the Customer by phone +972 525833387 (in Russian) or +972 539616150 (in English)
- The Order is made via the website www.transfer-israel.co.il by completing the order form
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the order form.
- The Order and customer’s data are stored in the Service Provider’s database. The Service Provider can not make any changes in these data without consent and inquiry from the Customer.
- Cancellation of the Order shall be made in writing by e-mail to [email protected] not later than 48 hours before the time specified in the Order.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide services without explaining the reason.
- Feedback (suggestions, claims, complaints made by the Customer about the Service provided by the Carrier) shall be provided in writing by e-mail to [email protected]
- This offer is not irrevocable.
- When placing an order, the phone call between the Service Provider and the Customer is recorded.
- The conditions of this public offer can be changed, updated and specified.
- All publications placed on the website are served only as an information material. In case of additional questions regarding provision of the Service to the Customer it is recommended to contact the Service Provider with clarifying questions before placing an order. The Service provider has the right to hand over the Order for provision of the Service to the Carrier.
- Obligations of the Service Provider
- To inform the Customer in advance about the possible delay of the transfer service.
- To inform the Customer in advance that the transfer cannot be provided.
- To guarantee that the vehicle will be replaced as soon as possible in the case of a breakdown/failure of the vehicle, without any additional fees to be paid by the Customer.
- Obligations of the Customer
- To place an order in advance with exact information about arrival time.
- Specify the exact number of passengers and number of luggage pieces. In case of oversized luggage, please provide more information in the field for additional information.
- To provide valid contact information, telephone number and e-mail for the communication purposes between the Service Provider and the Customer.
- To specify the exact travel destination where the Customer is going.
- To follow the rules of conduct in a transport, to maintain cleanliness and to behave appropriately.
- Payment for the Service
The Customer pays for the Service to the Service Provider:
- Half of the price when filling out the form and placing an order on the website www.transfer-israel.co.il, the remaining half – in cash when boarding the vehicle.
- In full on the Service Provider’s website www.transfer-israel.co.il
- The total price of the Order is calculated depending on the length of a route and a tariff specified at a time of placing the Order.
- Depending on the travel route and number of passengers, the Customer receives an estimated price for the Service while filling out the order form. The payment confirms the Customer’s consent to receive the service according to the specified tariff.
- When paying for the Service in cash, the payment should correspond to the price of the Order when filling out the appropriate form on the website of the Service Provider, depending on the destination and the number of luggage pieces.
- Responsibility of the Contractor
- The Service Provider is responsible for non-fulfillment of the obligations undertaken when confirming the Order to the Customer
- In case of malfunction of the website or telephone, the Service Provider is not responsible for non-fulfillment of the Service obligations, if the Order was not confirmed by e-mail to the Customer.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions in provision of the Services due to unforeseen circumstances and for reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider.
- The Service Provider is not liable for any damage, if any, incurred during the provision of the Service.
- Responsibility of the Customer
- The Customer is obliged to fulfil his duties.
- Cancellation of the Order is possible not later than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up. It is mandatory to inform about the cancellation by e-mail with specification of the number of the Order. Otherwise, a 100% prepayment will be charged (50% of the Service fee). If the cancellation received by the Service provider at least 48 hours before the Order, the payment for the Service is refunded in full.
- Force majeure circumstances
- In case any circumstances are beyond the control of one of the parties are preventing the provision/receipt of the Service, that Party is obliged to inform about it immediately in writing by e-mail.
- If the Party is the Service Provider, an effort to provide an alternative solution for the Customer shall be made.
- If the Party is the Customer, it is necessary to inform the Service Provider in advance.
The Service Provider, in a meanwhile, is obligated to take into account the situation of the Customer when refunding 100% or partial prepayment (50% of the Service fee).
- Procedure for resolving controversial issues
- Any disputes related to violation of this public offer will be settled between the Customer and the Service Provider in a pre-trial manner.
- If the parties do not come to a consensus as a result of negotiations, these disputes are subject to resolution in court in accordance with applicable law.
- Special conditions
- The Carrier is responsible for the provision of the Service in accordance with the Order.
Also, the Carrier is obliged to comply with Customer’s requirements, which do not violate the Traffic code or other legal acts, as well as moral and ethical norms.
- In case of an accident, the Carrier is solely responsible for damage caused to the Customer, other passengers or luggage.
- Leaving personal data, the Customer agrees to receive promotional information according to the regulatory legal acts.
- Personal data
- By confirming the Order, the Customer gives its full consent to store and process of the personal data provided in the Order form.
- The Service Provider shall process the Customer’s personal data for the purpose of implementation of this Offer.
- Collection and processing of these Orders is carried out for the purpose of execution of this public Offer and does not serve any other purpose.
- Access to the Customer’s data shall only be granted to the parties directly involved in provision of the ordered Service.
